The boxes this month contained 4 balls of Stylecraft Special XL Tweed. It’s a super chunky yarn and is lovely to work with. Each 100g ball contains approx 68 metres. It can be machine washed on 30°and tumble dried on cool. Recommended hook and needle size is 10mm. This yarn really is perfect now that the colder mornings are starting to come in.
Subscribers also found a set of super cute fox stitch markers to add to their collection.
The mini box doesn’t contain any patterns but I have put together a list of patterns that would be perfect for the yarn. The yarn this month just screams cosy hats and scarfs, snoods and chunky baskets. This list comprises of both knitting and crochet patterns which are just a suggestion as to what you could make. Use these ideas as a springboard for your own. I would love to see what you come up with. You can also see all of these over on our Pinterest Board here
